"Pretty decent for the price"
I ordered from marcelalondon.co.uk i was happy with it overall. The price seemed fair for this kind of thing, not exactly cheap, but it felt worth it for what I got. The quality was better than I expected too. Delivery could’ve been a bit quicker and all that, but it wasn’t a big deal

"Pretty much exactly like the photos"
I was a little confused at first because I kept expecting something to be different when it arrived, but nope, it looked just like the photos. The size, colour, and little details all matched the description really well. Delivery was fine too, nothing weird there. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

The item was packed really well and arrived in great shape, so no complaints there. The only thing is the box felt way bigger than it needed to be. Maybe it’s just me, but it seemed like a little too much packaging for the size of the item?

"Delivery came sooner than expected"
So... I ordered from marcelalondon.co.uk and the delivery actually came quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I got the tracking email and then the parcel showed up a bit earlier than expected. The packaging was totally fine too. I’m giving 4 stars just because there weren’t many updates in between, but there were no real issues and I’d order from them again.

"Fabric felt a little cheap"
I wanted to like it, but the material just felt thin and not very high quality. I remember noticing it right after I opened the package because my cat immediately jumped into the empty box and the fabric somehow felt flimsier than the cardboard. It’s okay, just not as nice as I expected

"Super comfy after a quick break-in"
These are really comfy to wear now, though at first I was like, okay, maybe not perfect right out of the box. Took a few days to break them in, but after that they felt much better

I ordered a dress the fabric feels way better than I expected. The stitching is neat, it fits well, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. I’m usually a bit wary with online orders because customer service can be a nightmare if something goes wrong, but luckily I didn’t need to deal with them this time

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me the next day and sorted it out without making things too complicated, which I appreciated. That said, I felt a little misled at first because the info I had didn’t really match what ended up happening. Would’ve been nice to get a quicker reply too. Overall though, they were polite and helpful once they responded

"Refund came through faster than I thought"
I had to send one item back because it just didn’t fit me right, which is always a bit... you know. But the return process was straightforward, and the refund showed up after a few days. No chasing or hassle or anything like that, so yeah, happy with how it was handled.
